Pumpkins

We are Wisconsin’s largest Jack o’Lantern producer. We started with Pumpkins in 2015 and are known for high quality, clean Jack o'Lantern pumpkins sold to customers such as Walmart, Aldi's, Trader Joes and more. Our pumpkin production system uses a roller crimper on rye and strip-till for that perfect pumpkin bed!

Dark Red Kidney Beans

Kidney beans and other dry edible beans are a big part of our conventional and organic rotation. Since kidney beans are a bit more delicate, we use a special dry edible combine to pick them up out of windrows.

Organic Cucumbers, Cabbage, and squash was grown for the first time on our farm in 2018. These were marketed here in Wisconsin and with Organic Valley. Cucumbers marks a full circle as pickling cucumbers were one of the first crops Pete Wallendal started with. We are excited to continue expanding our organic crop mix. We interseeded a cover crop between the rows to reduce weeds, increase pollination, and decrease disease pressures.
